| The Wedding Song
Standing before you we'll promise
our lives
One for the other we'll try
To give out only love even though it gets hard
'Cause I know that with you I'll get by
You're the wind that blows
though the moon light
Your the sun beyond the horiz'
Your the one living on in my life
And I'll be happy to call you my wife
Feeling so right it seems hard
to explain
Finding the one you know who
Helps you on down the road
And remembering then
Standing here saying we do
You're the wind that blows
though the moon light
Your the sun beyond the horiz'
Your the one living on in my life
And I'll be happy to call you my wife
You're the wind that blows
though the moon light
Your the sun beyond the horiz'
Your the one living on in my life
And I'll be happy to call you my wife
Yes I'm happy to give you my life
NOTES:
This song was recorded at
Apple-wood Studio in West Seattle. This was my
first time in a recording studio. Terry Miller had
recorded here before. He played piano and guitar,
Russell Bennett is playing cello, I am doing vocal.
The song was written for my wife
about 3 years or so before we had met. It was a
song written to be sung at our wedding. It was.
Susan walked down the isle with this recording playing.
At one point in time this song was
being considered for track in a movie, but nothing
became of it. |
